About The Business:
V Business Management Support is a small consultancy launched in 2021. I provide professional services to small and medium organisations remotely.
I also offer sessions for individuals and small teams that help them improve efficiency and get through the “to-do” list.
I work mainly on long-term projects but happy to accommodate short term projects when required.

Hi, my name is Hermina. I have a real passion for helping businesses and leaders to thrive. I love being part of the bigger picture and enjoy the variety of responsibilities that come with working with different types of organisations.
I have a strong but approachable leadership style which leads to effectively managing cross-functional teams and help them with development.
I have been working directly with Founders and Directors since 2016. Prior to becoming a contractor, I worked as an EA to Managing Directors, Office Manager and Retail Manager. Because of my background, I understand the importance of good leadership and smooth business operations combined.
